Turkel Birdallar Project REIF is Turkel Investment’s first Project-Based REIF, established to develop urban transformation projects in Kağıthane, Istanbul, through a disciplined, project-specific investment structure aligned with fund-level execution and exit objectives.

As part of this approach, Turkel Birdallar Project REIF has been established as our first P-REIF to deliver urban transformation projects in Kağıthane, consolidating development execution and value realization within a single project-focused structure.

We structure Project-Based REIFs specifically for urban transformation, integrating landowner agreements, zoning and regulatory processes, and development scope into a single, coherent fund framework.
